Thursday 29th March was the last day of the Spring Term. It was also packed full of exciting Easter activities.
The Easter preparation started whilst Year 5 and 6 were on residential. The rest of the school were busy preparing a wonderful church service.
On Thursday morning Class 1 enjoyed an Easter bonnet parade before walking up to Pendock Cross Church. The children had all created their wonderful hats at home and they looked spectacular!
The church service was excellent. The children told the story of Easter through words and pictures. The excellent collages they had created really helped to illustrate the story to the congregation.
After walking back to school, we were delighted to discover the Easter bunny had been to school with a delivery for us!
We had a Special Awards Presentation after lunch.
Our final afternoon treat was an Easter Party.
We enjoyed playing games and participating in competitions. The afternoon whizzed by!
